Our project management team will assist our customers in managing the projects by performing the following actions:


Design and submission process:

  • Layout all floor penetrations and feeder paths.
  • Coordinate all lay outs with project team prior to formal design and subsequent submission.
  • Submit all long lead items for approval to A/E.

Project Management:

  • Submit formal base line schedule for approval.
  • Project kick off meeting with owner and all stake holders.
  • Hold Bi Weekly meeting in order to update the owner and all other project stakeholders on the status and progress of the project. Meeting minutes will be taken and distributed for all parties two business days after the conclusion of the project meeting. Time and date will be as per the owner´s direction.
  • Submit two week look ahead schedule to all stakeholders.
  • Release of all long lead items required for installation.
  • Coordinate with facilities manager on all activities that will take place for the week.
  • Supervise carpenter/taper/painter sub contractor on installation of new electrical closets and doors.

Field Management and work force:

  • Lay out work for daily work force.
  • Procure materials for electrical installation.
  • Keep daily work log of work performed.
  • Daily sign in sheets for electrical and sub contractor work force.
